Welcome to Strong Many Ways with Patrice + Erica.

Strength training doesn’t have to look just one way. In this 10-day challenge, Patrice and Erica bring their own complementary approaches to resistance training, giving you the opportunity to build strength through traditional lifts, unique exercises, functional movements, and core-infused strength work.

Across 10 workouts, you’ll train your upper body, lower body, and total body while mixing in cardio and core-focused sessions. The goal is simple: boost your training, build strength and muscle, and experience different effective ways to challenge your body.

This challenge is for anyone looking to build strength, build muscle, and challenge their body in different ways. Whether you enjoy traditional strength training, functional movements, and even cardio mixed in, you’ll get a variety of approaches throughout the 10 days.

Many of these workouts draw some inspiration from Patrice's 'Strong & Sculpted with Patrice' 10-Day Challenge and Erica's 'Feel Stronger with Erica' 10-day Challenge. If you've enjoyed either of these or enjoy working out with either of us in general, you're sure to enjoy what we've created! Together, we've set you up to boost your training and show you that there's more than one effective path to getting stronger.

Patrice and Erica are excited for you to experience both the grounding similarities and unique differences their approaches provide as they work together in this challenge!

Strength isn’t only about the weight in your hands. It also shows up in how you move and what you can maintain when a workout gets tough. Muscle & Power builds on that idea with heavier lifting, explosive movement, cardio, and HIIT.

Muscle & Power combines those training goals across 10 days. The schedule includes total-body strength, weighted cardio, bodyweight endurance, HIIT, and power-focused workouts. You’ll move between heavier lifting and faster-paced training, giving you several ways to challenge your current abilities.

This challenge was inspired by Strength and Cardio with Brian and Powerful with Tasha. It is also the first challenge in The Bridge Trainer Series, which brings two trainers and their training styles together around one goal. The theme for this challenge is Challenge Your Limits.

This challenge is designed for intermediate-to-advanced exercisers who have been strength training consistently and have some experience with higher-intensity cardio. Familiarity with common dumbbell and bodyweight exercises will help you keep up with the pace and variety of the workouts.
